Are you Eco Friendly?
Platinum has eliminated the use of perchloroethylene (PCE) in its cleaning processes. We are also implementing professional wet cleaning methods ongoing. We recycle garment hangars for our customers with no fees.
Should I pre-treat a stain?
We would advise you keep the garment out of direct sunlight and heat. Do not attempt any of the “wives tales” of soaps, steam, water, carbonation etc., and advise our service professionals of the stain on your visit.
Can you un-shrink clothes?
“Blocking a garment” is a technique used to reshape a garment after size loss. When appropriate we can use this technique.
Do you clean leather?
Platinum engages with leather professionals trained in the proper care of leather and leather goods. Additional fulfillment time is required for completion. Please advise our service professionals of your particular need.

What is Platinum’s cleaning schedule?
Our turnaround time is approximately 72 hours based on garment condition and can be confirmed with our service representatives at the time of drop off. At this time, and after fabric review, we advise schedule based what will be required for proper treatment of the garment(s).

Can I drop off wash/fold and home goods?
We accept households including convenient wash & fold service. If extra bags are required, please advise your service representative. Delivery schedules for garments are as above, household items, due to size and detail may require extra service time to apply the proper care.
Route Delivery Questions
What is Platinum’s route schedule?
We offer pick up/delivery route service two times per week. The days are Monday & Thursday or Tuesday and Friday depending on the customer’s geography. Wednesday route service is available by appointment, please inquire.
Can I run only a seasonal route?
Yes you can. Whether year round service or seasonal, you are only just a phone call away from enacting, modifying, or pausing service, along with any other questions you may have.
How do I sign up for route service / what is procedure?

What methods of payment are accepted at the retail locations?
We accept cash and credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We offer convenient credit card payments on file along with monthly invoicing for payments by check.
