In reviewing our operation coming out of the recent Pandemic, the upcoming end of lease at this location, along with changes in customer requests that now have us all living in a “HOME DELIVERY WORLD”, Platinum needs to align its customer service strategy to what our customers are requesting…FREE ON DEMAND HOME DELIVERY.

As most of our customers have advised, our retail location on Marco Island is difficult. Our front door facing the rear of a gas station makes us hard to see from the roadway, along with South Barfield Drive having a Parkway/Island in the middle of the roadway. This makes connecting to shopping across the street very difficult for many of you along with low visibility. This also makes recruiting new customers difficult as they cannot find our location. For over 10 years we have run a successful convenient valet concierge route delivery service for many of your neighbors on Marco Island.
